Are you looking for a great day out this Easter? Fota Wildlife Park is offering a range of activities from magic shows to wildlife talks, feeding times to face painting to a poetry trail, to satisfy everyone from the ardent wildlife enthusiast to having a great family day out.
The full schedule of events below is taking place over the Easter Holidays period (8th – 23rd April), and is free with your admission!
Easter Weekend - Saturday 15th, Sunday 16th, Monday 17th April
Magic Show - every half hour in the Education Department - 12 noon to 3.30 pm (15 minutes in duration, suitable for children aged 4 to 12 years) Saturday 15th, Sunday 16th, Monday 17th April only
Giant Games - come and try your hand at Giant Jenga, Connect Four or the Buzzer Game in the Education Department - 12 noon to 4.00 pm (suitable for children aged 4 to 12 years) Saturday 15th, Sunday 16th, Monday 17th April only
Activities Marquee – daily during the Easter holiday period 8th – 23rd April *

Wildlife Poetry Trail from 8th – 27th April
From Saturday 8th to Thursday 27th of April visitors can pick up a Poetry Trail Map and enjoy some great family-friendly poems about the animals and trees in the Park. The maps will also include a selection of prize-winning poems from the Poetry Day Ireland and Fota Wildlife Park Children's Competition - Poetry Trail Map is free with entry.
