Fota Wildlife Park’s 30th Birthday Party

30th Birthday Party Line Up

10.30am – 6pm

1— Birthday Cake

At the Big Marquee at 3pm, Larry the Lemur & Friends from Fota Wildlife Park will be bringing out a very special birthday cake to celebrate 30 amazing years of Irelands Wildest Attraction. Make sure you're there to join in the party!

2— Cork’s 96fm

Emmet Kennedy and Ken Perrott from Cork’s 96fm will be broadcasting live from the park from 2pm – 6pm outside the Savannah Cafe. They will have some goodies and competitions throughout the day so make sure you pop by to say hi.

3—Face Painting

Join park favourites, the activities team, for face painting from 11am until 4pm

4—Hitched

Sorcalubh presents 'Hitched' a spectacular and comedic performance of aerial skills; hoop, silks and trapeze. Performed on Ireland's only free standing rig, creating a high impact stage for the battle of the sexes!
Sorcalubh have performed across the country and have left a trail of inspired women, smiling children and broken hearts in their wake.
This is a high skill, theatrical circus that never fails to impress. Catch their shows outside the education complex at 2pm and 5pm

5—Hakuna Matata Acrobats

'Hakuna Matata Acrobats', and the human pyramids have to be seen to be believed! Tumbles, handstands, back flips, chair balance, impossible bicycle and feats of strength! See them at the Marquee opposite the Oasis Cafe at 1pm and 3.30pm

6—Cookie Challenge

Join Cork’s leading cake decorator Trish from 'A Touch of Magic' for a very special Cookie Challenge at the Activities Tent from 11am until 4pm.

7—Danger Boy

Danger Boy is a straight up family show that displays high skill with comedy and fun. The show is 40 minutes long and plays with the idea that what he does is dangerous, while all his routines are well rehearsed and made to look like they are unbalanced and scary. Catch his shows at 12pm & 2pm at the Marquee.

8—Tallest Smallest Circus

When a simple truck driver opens a magic box of circus props the show takes off all by itself! Will a clueless Ringmaster with no performers be able to prove the old adage “the show must go on". He is going to require a lot of help if a show with jugglers, acrobats, daredevil clowns and performing elephants is to reach its finale. This Highly interactive show will take place at 2pm and 4pm by the seals.

9—Larry the Lemur

Larry the Lemur and friends will be having fun with everyone at the Marquee area from 11am – 5pm to party.

10 – Cork Circus Entertainers

Keep an eye out around the park for stilt walkers and very funny looking characters that will be interacting with the crowd as they enjoy a very special day at the park
