Suitable for over 16s – this class is perfect for someone who wants to get active and maybe even add to their training schedule.
Featuring approx. 20 minutes of Yoga warm up, a 2K run/jog through the scenic Fota followed by approximately. 20 minutes Yoga cooldown. Perfect way to stretch out and get active on a Sunday!
The Yoga Run Yoga class suitable for over 16's takes place on the following dates & times -
Sunday 28th July - 10.30 am to 11.30 am
Sunday 25th August - 10.30 am to 11.30 am
