Activity Days Fun Family Days Out

If you’re wondering what to do for the weekend in Cork, then why not make your way to Fota Wildlife Park and enjoy a day outside amongst some of the world’s most amazing animals and plants?

It’s not always easy to make outdoor activities interesting for children so leave the lessons to our staff, who have over 20 years experience in making learning fun.

UPDATE - Unfortunately our 2020 Summer Activitiy Camps will not be going ahead. We apologise for any inconvience caused.

Check our Events section to learn more about our daily Wildlife Talks that are created to give everyone a little more knowledge leaving the Park. Witness the speed of our Cheetahs as they feed in our unique Cheetah Run exhibition twice a day (3pm) and be sure to see the Penguins (10.45am, 4.30pm), Siamang Gibbon (2.15pm) and Seals (5pm) being fed each day.

Fota also hosts a variety of other activities – including African drumming, Arts & Crafts as well as regular festivals – throughout the year and younger visitors are also welcome to enjoy the themed play areas dotted around the Park.
