Annual passes start at €125, and include free access to the Wildlife Park for 12 months, as well as free entry to Dublin Zoo and concessionary rates at several other parks and Zoos in Ireland and the UK, including Paignton Zoo, Newquay Zoo and Living Coasts. Members will also receive a Fota Wildlife Park Magazine newsletter several times throughout the year, and can access special discounts on Children’s Activity Camps and Wild Experiences, as well as attending exciting events such as children’s workshops and activities.

A day at Fota Wildlife Park is the perfect gift for anyone who lives in the local area or is visiting Cork for a holiday. This is a gift that any young family will love, and it is an especially thoughtful idea for a child who will gain so much from a family day out where he or she can discover many exciting animals for the first time.

You can simply book online to obtain tickets that are valid for 12 months, and prices start at €49 for a family with two adults and two children over the age of 3.

Wild Experiences

Do you want to give a unique gift that will be remembered forever? A Wild Experience is a very special opportunity to treat a loved one or a family to a day up close and personal with their favourite animals, discovering the reality of life at a Wildlife Park.

Our experienced rangers welcome the chance to share their passion for their jobs when they introduce Wild Experience participants to the animals and enable them to take part in caring for and feeding them. You can choose from the following three Wild Experiences:

• The Warden Experience, for a taste of what is really involved in caring for the animals at Fota. This includes a 3.5 hr tour, the chance to feed and muck out (optional!) penguins and other animals, see how the Cheetah Run works at close hand, get hands on experience working with experienced rangers as well as photo opportunities, complimentary tea, coffee and lunch, and a gift pack including a special edition t-shirt and experience certificate.

• The Behind the Scenes Experience, for a great insight into life at Fota Wildlife Park. This experience includes a 2 hour guided tour, the chance to go behind the scenes to learn about and feed some of the animals, and an experience certificate.

• The VIP Family Experience, to find out more about the animals who live at Fota Wildlife Park. A family of up to six can make the most of a behind the scenes tour with this great value experience, including a 2 hour guided tour, the chance to help feed the penguins and meet other animals, great photo opportunities, and an Experience certificate. This Experience is not suitable for children under 4 years of age, and costs just €165 per family.

A Wild Experience is, quite simply, the gift of a lifetime for someone who loves animals, and makes an ideal gift for an individual or a family. All experiences include admission into the park and offer a 10% discount for Fota Wildlife Park members.

Animal Sponsorship

Have you considered giving a gift that will make a difference to your friends and family members as well as to an animal in need? Sponsoring an animal at Fota Wildlife Park is a great way to give a meaningful gift to a loved one, and contributes towards essential food and veterinary care for the animal of your choice at Fota.

For only €60, you can sponsor an animal on behalf of a loved one, and their name will be displayed on the adoption board at Fota Wildlife Park.

The Sponsor will then receive:

• A4 colour photograph of the animal
• Fact sheet about the animal
• Certificate of sponsorship
