Due to essential operational works, Fota Wildlife Park will close earlier than usual at 4.00 pm on Monday, 28th and Tuesday, 29th September 2026.
To facilitate the earlier closing time, last entry will be at 2.30 pm, as our standard last entry time is 90 minutes before closing. Annual Pass Holders may enter until 3.00 pm.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
Opening Times - Monday, 28th & Tuesday 29th September
- Park Opens – 9:30 am
- Last Entry – 2:30 pm
- Last Entry for Annual Pass Holders – 3:00 pm
- Park Closes – 4:00 pm
The following facilities will close earlier than usual:
- Tropical House – 3:00 pm
- Madagascan Village – 3:00 pm
- Outpost Café – Hot food till 3 pm, closed at 3.30 pm
- Drey Café – serving till 3:30 pm
- Serengeti Gift Shop – 3:50 pm
The Tour Train will depart from inside the main entrance for its final loop of the Park at 3:15 pm.
Animal Feeding Times on Monday, 28th and Tuesday, 29th of September 2026 will be -
- 10:30 am - Humboldt Penguins
- 12:00 pm - Cheetah Run
- 1:00 pm - Spider Monkeys
- 1:30 pm - Drill Monkeys
- 3:00 pm - Giraffe Crossing
