Halloween Mid-Term Fun at Fota Wildlife Park: Face Painting, a Lemur Trail, and More!
Throughout the upcoming bank holiday weekend, talented face painters will be on hand to transform kids into their favourite animals or spooky creatures, adding an extra dash of fun to the day out.
Face painting:
Date: Saturday 26th, Sunday 27th and Monday 28th October – only
Venue: The Marquee, near the Oasis Cafe
Times: 12 noon to 2.30 pm
(Suitable for over 3 years old.)
From Friday 25th, visit the Palm Walk / Madagascar area and embark on the Lemur Trail, where you can explore and learn more about the Lemur species at Fota Wildlife Park. Scan the QR codes and discover interesting facts about lemurs and take part in a fun quiz in the gift shop after the trail. If you answer correctly, you’ll be in with a chance to win Family Day Tickets to the park—perfect for your next wildlife adventure!
On Halloween itself, Thursday 31st of October, don’t miss special Halloween Ranger Talks in the Tropical House, where the animal care team will tell you about some of the snakes and insect inhabitants, and even debunk a few myths!
