Important Visitor Notice – Temporary Changes to Facilitate Essential Works

Important Visitor Notice – Temporary Changes to Facilitate Essential Works

Until March 2027

In order to facilitate the construction of an upgraded aviary facility for our flamingos and white-tailed sea eagles, the Wildlife Park will be carrying out essential works over the coming months.

During this time:

  • Flamingos and white-tailed sea eagles will not be available to view until March 2027.
  • Our grey seal is temporarily relocated in the lake habitat shared with the penguins, while the works are underway.
  • The road running between the sea wall from the roloway monkeys up to the savannah, through to the grey seal and white-tailed sea eagle habitats, will be closed until March 2027.

We apologise for any inconvenience these temporary changes may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to create improved facilities for animals in our care.

We look forward to sharing these fantastic new habitats with you once the works are complete!

The project is co-funded by the Government via the Office of Public Works.
