Howler monkey

The howler monkey is known for being one of the loudest animals in the world. Males and females can be easily distinguished by their fur colouration: males are typically black, while females and young (at least in their early stages) are golden brown. This colour difference is believed to be an adaptive trait, helping females and infants blend into their forest environment for better camouflage.
