Animal

Lar gibbon

The lar gibbon, known for its remarkable ability to swing from tree to tree, is a primate that showcases exceptional agility. This species displays a range of colours from black to dark brown, with some individuals having a lighter sandy brown hue. Regardless of sex, they all share a distinctive ring of white fur around their face. These gibbons possess long arms, short legs, and curved fingers, which are adapted to their life in the trees. As with all apes, lar gibbons lack a tail and instead have a bony pad on their buttocks for support while sitting.
