Ostrich

The ostrich is the largest living bird, renowned for its power, speed, and unique physical characteristics. It can grow up to 2.75 metres tall and weigh up to 150 kg. The ostrich has a distinctive appearance with a long neck, stocky body, and long legs that differentiate it from other animals in the open plains.
Males have black feathers with white wing tips and tail plumes, while females have brown and grey feathers and are slightly smaller. The ostrich can live up to 70 years (averaging 30-40 years) and has only two toes, unlike most birds, which have three or four. Its eyes are the largest of any land animal, measuring about two inches across, but the ostrich's brain is smaller than its eye.
