In response to enquiries about our Carers Admission Policy

Carers Admission Policy

In recent days, we have been alerted to issues that some customers have experienced regarding our Carers’ Admission Policy and as a result we have taken positive steps to review and understand better what has taken place.

Based on the recent customer feedback, we have taken steps to simplify our special needs admissions policy.
We have now introduced a discount of 50% on the entry ticket for a child or adult with special needs. Their accompanying carer will receive entry free of charge, when they present a valid carers card.

We would like to sincerely thank everyone who has brought these issues to our attention and we would like to apologise for any confusion or upset caused to our visitors.
If you require any further information, please contact us by email at [email protected].
